ExlyApp for Zoom
With the Zoom integration, you can add video conference links to scheduled meetings in Exly. When your users book a spot in a scheduled class or appointment, the Zoom video conferencing links will be automatically generated and sent to them right after they pay for the class/ appointment.
Note that:
- You’ll need to sign in using your Zoom account credentials to authorize the integration
- Only one Zoom account can be integrated for each Exly creator.
How to install ExlyApp for Zoom
- After you sign in / log in to your Exly Creator Tool
- Start creating a listing or update an existing listing from the ‘Create/ Edit Listings’ option in the left panel
- While creating/ updating your listing- choose the ‘Zoom (link auto-generated in booking)’ option from the ‘Meeting Link/ Location*’ drop-down.
- You will automatically be redirected to a Zoom authorization page. Enter the login credentials of your Zoom account to initiate authorization.
- Upon entering valid credentials, you will be taken to an authorization page. Make sure you read through the list of items of actions that ExlyApp for Zoom can take on your behalf and the information that it can view.
- To authorize, click on the ‘Authorize’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will then be taken back to the listing creation process in your Exly creator tool.
- Your ExlyApp for Zoom is successfully installed.
How to uninstall/ deauthorize ExlyApp for Zoom
- Visit https://zoom.us/ and log in to your Zoom account that was used for integrating with Exly
- From your Zoom homepage, go to zoom marketplace from the ‘Solutions’ drop-down at the top.
- Click on ‘Manage’ on the top right. In the manage section, use the left panel to go to ‘Installed Apps’
- From the list of ‘Installed apps’ click on ‘Uninstall’ against ExlyApp for Zoom. In the following pop-up, choose a reason for uninstalling and complete uninstallation by clicking on the ‘Uninstall’ button in the pop-up.
